I’m so happy you’re here. Welcome to Leila Law!

After 10 years of dedicated service as an associate/senior attorney in the business sector, particularly focusing on all aspects of the nonprofit world, I took the leap + Leila Law was born (coincidentally, 9 months after my son Marko was born!). Like most babies, Leila Law was established out of love - a love for working with and advising start-ups, philanthropic organizations + most importantly, their resilient and unstoppable leaders - those with a vision for + mission to succeed, and in most cases, change the world for the better.

It is therefore my goal to help you execute your vision + mission so you can confidently take your organization out into the world knowing you have the legal compliancy needed for success. I will personally work with you, not only on the legal safeguards necessary to operate, but also to provide you with the skills and techniques necessary to run a well-organized, successful charity or business. I will help you to understand difficult concepts and provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the issues presented with your particular entity.

I’m originally from Westfield, Massachusetts, a small town in the western part of the state, about an hour and a half from Boston. I graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Television and Radio Production and minors in Legal Studies and Speech Communication. I then went on to graduate Cum Laude from Western State University College of Law where I earned my Juris Doctor Degree, obtained a Certificate in Business Law Studies with Distinction and was awarded The Dean Maryann Jones Achievement and Leadership award upon graduation for my commitment to service during law school.

After living in Redondo Beach for the last decade, I’ve recently moved back to the east coast to spend some much needed time with family. I currently reside in Longmeadow, Massachusetts with my husband, Thom, our son, Marko, our daughter, Alora and our rescue dog, Georgie.
